Return & Refund Policies
To return your product, you should email us to be able to inform our courier to come pickup the returned items and deliver it to our warehouse. If you want to mail it yourself, this is also possible, we will provide the exact address upon request.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will always inform you with the shipping company tracking code to be able to track your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase/product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a product exchange. To be eligible for a credit for your returned item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number), and your confirmation email or mobile number. Contact Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credit is granted:
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Taby has the right to refuse the credit request because the product that was returned is not in its original packaging or the product has been used or damaged. We reserve the right, and we will inform the customer immediately after returned product inspection.
To return a product & for us to issue credit, please follow the below:
1) Contact us via email: email@example.com
2) Give us your order number, and the reason for return (has to be within 14 days).
3) We will send you our courier to pickup your returned item(s) or send you a shipping label you can use to drop off to our courier.
4) We will inspect the returned item, and once your return is accepted, we will inform you accordingly.
5) We will issue you store-credit (to be used anytime at Taby website within 12 months after it is issued) with the total amount for the returned items minus the shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items. If approved, then your store-credit will be processed accordingly.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, Taby will make every effort to replace the faulty product with a new one. Any refunds for such faulty products would be issued only if Taby can't replace the original product that the customer ordered. Any payments made via your credit card, the refund will be issued to you as a refund on your card. Any refund amounts will be sent to the customer minus the shipping and banking costs.
Any payments made online will be refunded only through the original mode of payment. (Example; if you made a payment with your credit card, you can't request the refund to be made in cash or a bank wire transfer or to a different credit card)
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund for your faulty product, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned for the damaged or faulty items. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed & emailed to you.
